Please Browse While I’m Away
The hardest part I find about multiple blogging is dealing with all of those blogs while I am away. During day to day life, I have settled into a blogging pattern that, for the most part, works for me and is manageable.
Taking a few weeks away from blogging, and attempting to keep all of those blogs ticking over, is a much more challenging task. I’m hoping that one day I can get myself into a position where blog posts are written in advance or that I have a few up my sleeve to use for times such as this.
But, alas, I am not at that point yet. I hope you’ll take some time to browse the archives, especially if you’ve not been here since Lightening’s Blogworld began in February.
Here are some of my favourite posts to date:

If there are some in that list you’ve not seen or would like to review, I hope you’ll take the time to do so. Comments are still open on all posts so feel free to add to the discussion if you’d like to.

i only recently came across this blog, so a lot of these archived posts are new to me.
will check them out.
Don’t worry, I’ll continue browsing even when your away (I haven’t read many of your older posts). I always dread going away from my blog, I remember when I went on holiday for a month only to return to find my earnings were at nearly zero… hopefully this won’t be the case for you ![]()
Cool I’m new to your blog I will def be checking out some more of your stuff. Thanks for the invite!
Ryan
well i am a new reader to your blog and i found it really interesting and informative thanks for the posts i will read em all….
We will find your road posts more interesting. However till you are able to post regularly, we will catch up with these posts.
Nicole - I hope you find them useful.
Kouji - I hope you like them. That’s what happens with a new blog isn’t it? Some of the earlier posts get missed while there are very few readers to enjoy them.
Surveys - thank you. I don’t make much from this blog (not even enough to cover expenses yet) so it’s not too big a problem for me yet. It’s always a difficult one though, with going away. Sometimes I try to prepublish stuff but I don’t always have the time.
Ryan - thanks. I hope you enjoy.
iCalvyn - back now and hopefully back to normal posting (which is about 3 per week for this blog). I hope you’ve stuck around long enough for me to return.
Eva - I’ve mentioned my other blogs in another comment but in case you miss it, you can read more about my road posts at http://caravan.muxgo.com and http://www.lighteningonline.com
I’ve managed to get around this problem by always posting a few days in advance. It’s a little like Christmas some days when I realize an article I’m particularly proud of goes live. ![]()
Christopher - I would dearly like to get myself to this point. It seems to be easier said than done at the moment.
How many blogs do you maintain. I find it hard enough to keep one blog up to date. How do you manage?
John

Will go over them all. Not to worry, you will get there eventually!
